Zpot / Product guide
A workspace you can
find your way around.
Start with your account, choose an organization, and keep your work in context.
1. Set up your account
Zpot is currently an invite-only pilot. Open your account setup email, verify your address and choose a password. If the link has expired, contact the operator who invited you.
Visit app.zpot.ai and choose Sign in. Complete the sign-in screen and return to the app. There is no public self-registration.
2. Choose an organization
The organization selector lists only organizations you belong to. Create an organization to start your own workspace. Selecting a different organization changes the context of your work; it does not grant membership.
3. Keep conversation notes
Create a workspace, then a conversation. Notes you save belong to that conversation and organization. You can return to their history later. A saved note does not trigger an AI response while generation is unavailable.
4. Recover access
Use the password-reset option on the sign-in page. Check the inbox associated with your account, including spam. Never share passwords or authenticator codes with another user.
Administrators use their separate protected operations sign-in and authenticator. Customer sign-in does not grant administrative access.
What is available today?
- Account sign-in and verified email.
- Organizations, workspaces and saved conversation notes.
- AI generation and sandbox execution are not enabled.
- Uploads, channel integrations and billing integrations are still being implemented.
Visit service status for live reachability checks. If a service is unavailable, keep unsaved work locally and retry later.
